This palm-sized sanding block is designed to fit 3-2/3" x 9" (9.31cm x 22.8cm) sanding sheets from manufacturers like 3M, Craftsmen, Diablo, and Norton.
Getting Started
You will need the following non-included parts:
- (1) - 1/4"-20 x 1" Hex Bolt
- (1) - 1/4"-20 Hex Nut
- (1) - 1/4" Flat Washer
- (?) - Sanding Sheets!
You may need the following additional tools:
- 1/4"-20 tap set
- C-Clamp or vise (for press fitting the caps into the base and knob)
- Xacto Knife (for cleaning up small imperfections in prints)
- WD-40 or White Lithium Grease (for lubricating threads of fasteners)
- Gorilla Glue gel
