Description
I really liked the Voron Afterburner design for the Sapphire Pro printer. But after printing the head and putting it together, I realized that both the remix and the original mod has big cooling problems. Moreover, in the remix they are stronger - the air flow blows directly onto the heating block. You can see how bad it is in the screenshots.
And the original Afterburner has no such problems. Comparing the original design and the mod with the remix, I came to the conclusion that the E3D V6 radiator mount was initially incorrectly positioned and, in addition, the remix had incorrect radiator mount dimensions. I moved the mount to the same level as the original Afterburner, adjusted all the landing dimensions and made changes to the models in connection with the transfer of the mount - now the cooling works more correctly, no longer blows on the heating block, and the created air flow cools the printed area under nozzle

Мне очень понравился дизайн Voron Afterburner для принтера Sapphire Pro. Но, распечатав голову и собрав её, я понял, что и у ремикса и у оригинального мода большие проблемы с охлаждением. Причем, у ремикса они сильнее - поток воздуха дует прямо на нагревательный блок. Вы можете увидеть на скриншотах ниже насколько всё плохо.
Причем оригинальный Afterburner таких проблем не имеет. Сравнивая оригинальный дизайн и мод с ремиксом я пришел к выводу, что изначально было некорректно расположено крепление радиатора E3D V6 и кроме этого у ремикса некорректные размеры места крепления радиатора. Я перенес крепление на тот же уровень, что и у оригинального Afterburner, скорректировал все посадочные размеры и внес изменения в модели в связи с переносом крепления - теперь охлаждение работает более корректно, больше не дует на нагревательный блок, а создаваемый поток воздуха охлаждает напечатанную зону под соплом
