A handy program to make inserts for 2020 extrusions with 1 or more holes for M3 fasteners. This uses M3 heat inserts into PETG so it ends up fairly strong.

It uses M3 heat inserts. The holes are 20 mm apart. The BlocksCAD file (XML) can be downloaded into BlocksCAD and can be changed there. After removing the brim the piece fits snugly into the extrusion.</p></div>

Post-Printing

Remove brim, I used 5mm brim attached to model in Slic3r with 0.15 mm layer heights and 0.2 mm print width selected.
