It brings together the sum total of knowledge gained this past year whilst experimenting with the concept. Including TPU seal printing, mask brace optimisation, fine antimicrobial meshes, evaporative exhausts, optimised materials, humidity and fogging control measures, filter efficacy and self fit check capability.

It superceeds these previous listings for component versions and print settings.

Filter parts are backwards compatible to allow kitbash with previous versions.
Right to repair is important. Design for manufacture and assembly is important. Combined with open source means adaptable and scalable globally.
That was the design goal.

Planned updates:

NON STL FORMAT for easy remix.
SMALL SIZE. Size info in hand, awaiting prototyping.
OON RESPIRATOR USB PAPR. Prototype finished, tested for weeks, awaiting writeup.
REMOTE PAPR. USB C + STRIBOG + 2x JSP P3 filter + shower hose fittings.
VOICE PROJECTION DIAPHRAM. Prototype finished, tested, works. Awaiting writeup.
ELASTIC OVAL HEAD CAP SUPPORT. Initial prototype, needs development.
CLEAR ELASTIC. Trial using clear bra elastic instead of fabric for ease of sterilisation.
PEEP CPAP. Prototype based on Panda PEEP complete, needs testing with TPU seals.

Coming to the end of my efforts to share PPE concepts. Finishing this will be my last stand alone effort. All future PPE work will be collaborative.

Will be ready in August if anyone wants to collaborate to help close out the Eye Cu Smile updates. Stay at home dad whilst we ride this third UK wave is my new focus. Free time is limited, any help is appreciated.

Currently prototyping on previously bought stockpile from a redundancy payout. Rationed but will run out in coming months of certain critical supplies. Vowed not to seek profit but never expected to have to escalate this far against an evolving threat.
