KLUTCH Mini Milling Machine GEAR

KLUTCH uses 10mm bore.
Same tooth count as harborfreight but harborfreight uses larger bore.
Not sure. Anyway, this gear fits perfectly where as other i got here from someone else did not.

You get 3 gears to chose from, original (the worst of all). I dont use it because its not making full contact with teeth because its not tall enough.

To make printing easier, i removed the cap and made it a separate part called SPACER.
You can just use a metal washer, 2mm thick, and then put SOLID or VENTED gear on top of it.

Vented is to make it last longer and not overheat too quick, which causes it to break.

Best result is to print it from ABS.
PLA will get soft too quick.
PETG will last little longer but will fail also.
ABS lasts longest because of its higher temperature required to print.

To make gear last even longer, put printed gear into the oven at 210-220F for 30 minutes.
