Update 30.07.2021 My experience: When the Filament is rolling during print, the axis with its M3screws were gently pulled to the front. The M3 thread is screwing sideways at the guidance so the thread screws all the bearing and because of the flexibility of both walls it could happen that it jumps out of the bearing - sorry. But here is my solution: I changed to M4 mm crews. Take M4x20 or 25 put it in your drilling machine take a file and grind down the end of the two screws for 10mm down to 3mm diameter. Before grinding take som M4-nuts over the later needed thread, grind to 3mm by rotation than screw out the nuts - now you have a smaller end without thread - I think a better bearing. I add a new stl-file.
.............
When I started 3d-printing I learned to protect my filament against air-moisture. I disliked the big swedish Plastikboxes, here I found some things for the very handy food and grain boxes, like Jocholos. Later my experience, inside the box there were problems with its fit. The spool is grinding on the walls. Very difficult, impossible to adjust, but the bigger problem: the filament producer all make the outer diameter with 200mm also the inner is in tolerance - but the width... This is the very important point: when the with is on borderline, without any possibility to adjust the axis - we have the problem.
In the last months I found back to my former life - being constructer, even 30 years ago with autocad now I discovered fusion360 and I caught fire.

At first a wooden block then the "Spreizblock" the spreading block to widen the inner measure - it works and I designed this at first.
Why not to design the complete equipment? so I can offer you my solution here for free - hope you enjoy, I give you the fusion360 f.3d - file too, so you can optimize for you - perhaps let me know. Because the tolerances of the boxes I found on amazon in Europe, because oaf the tolerances (different casting forms, different wall thickness) the speeding block ist long enough or not - take a file, take some layers tape or print it new and in your slicer-software you can make it longer by scaling up:
101% means 66.4mm comes out with 67.1mm =+0.6mm

Please visit my Youtube-channel, there you can find my video #145 in german, but even the pictures would sho enough. I would be really enjoyed your comments, and your adaptation - ok subscription is enough.
