Description
I love the Digger 2.0, except for the pegs around the pivot part. I've used screws to fix the pivoting part in the original design. But my 3 years old keeps on breaking it. I redesigned the arms so that it's now made out of one piece. It's the mint green part on the pictures. Easy to assemble and most movements are now screw and peggless. It uses 3d printed pivoting. The thing has maximum movement and prevents breaking the digger when pulling on the handles (3 year old kids do that).
Printing:
The only redesigned part is the arm. instead of the arm now print less-pegg-arm-v0.3. It is fully compatible with any previous printed digger 2.0. You can just replace the arms part with this printed in place part. If you printing it for the first time print all the 5 stl files.
All parts should be printed without supports, except the excavator bucket. Make sure to get the right orientation.
