Description
Years and years ago i got this solar biker and he cycled many years until his joints were worn out to the point a leg fell off. A surgery was not successful and he didn't make it.
So i had to clone him ;-)
And you can now too!
The original biker was a solar model i think from "Conrad" a electronics store here in germany.
If you also have one of these bikers and he also has bad joints you can use the parts here as a 1:1 replacement! See the guy with the transparent base.
For everyone else i created the parts needed to build a complete model.
I added 2 options for the motor mount. a 24mm and a 24,4mm variant. For the solar motor i used the 24mm version fits best. I also tested some other motor they needed the bigger 24.4mm motor mount.
For the base i included a simple version where you can glue vour solar panel into. Additionally i made a custom one for the solar pannel i finally used, so it fits nicely in the base.
Additional to the 3d printed parts is a little bit of super glue, a solar motor and a solar cell. There are many options out there. So you might have to test a little bit with your combination of motor and pannel.
I successfully tested this comination:
