Cobblestone Paver Molds (9 total)

Created a set of cobblestone molds for cement pavers using a 3d modeled picture of a cobblestone road. The disks are all different (9 different forms total), which are printed using PLA+ with a 25% infill.

I'm using a 12" cement form and the printed disks at the end of the mold to imbue the shape. Coat the disks with clear coat paint, to help the layers stay together when molding the cement, and some shortening to help the cement separate after it solidifies.
