Wassermühle funktionsfähig mit Wasser N-scale wie Faller HO

But this mill here can also be built with an electric motor instead of a water drive. However, I do not provide any parts for the motor mount !!
The water tank of the mill is kept relatively deep so that I can use the Faller pump from the HO mill. The pump brings the ideal amount of water for me at approx. 11 volts AC.
The upper basin in the mountain is built in such a way that if more water is pumped than fits through the shaft, it flows back down through the overflow into the floor tank. Therefore please connect a hose to the overflow.
The flow behavior of the water can be improved with 1-2 drops of conditioner for water beds. This removes the surface tension of the water without the water foaming. The conditioner also prevents the formation of algae and rot in the water.
It is essential to ensure that all adhesive connections are watertight. I printed the waterwheel with an SLA printer because it is easier to get a smooth axle and a balanced waterwheel.
The wheel runs slower if it is mounted the wrong way round. So the water runs onto the underside of the blades. I kept the bottom of the water tank relatively thin because the mill is glued to a 5 mm thick PS plate which protrudes 1 cm at the edge. This is used to be able to screw the grinder firmly to your surface with screws. the defense board at the end of the moat enables a visually perfect transition to a stream in the landscape. And now have fun with the mill.

Aber jetzt ist er hier.
Die Mühle basiert optisch auf der Faller Wassermühle, welche in 1:160 ja keine Funktion mittels Wasser zur Verfügung stellt.
Aber auch diese Mühle hier kann auf Wunsch mit Elektromotor statt Wasserantrieb gebaut werden. Ich stelle allerdings keine Teile für die Motorhalterung bereit!!
Der Wassertank der Mühle ist relativ tief gehalten, damit ich die Faller Pumpe aus der HO-Mühle verwenden kann. Die ideale Wassermenge bringt die Pumpe bei mir bei ca. 11 Volt AC.
Das obere Becken im Berg ist so gebaut, dass wenn mehr Wasser gefördert wird als durch den Schacht passt, es durch den Überlauf wieder nach unten in den Bodentank zurückfließt. Deshalb bitte einen Schlauch an den Überlauf anschließen.
Das Fließverhalten des Wassers lässt sich mit 1-2 Tropfen Konditionierer für Wasserbetten verbessern. Damit wird die Oberflächenspannung des Wassers weggenommen ohne dass das Wasser schäumt. Außerdem verhindert der Konditionierer Algenbildung und Fäulnis des Wassers.
Unbedingt darauf achten, dass alle Klebeverbindungen wasserdicht ausgeführt werden. Das Wasserrad habe ich mit einem SLA-Drucker gedruckt, weil es da einfacher ist eine glatte Achse und ein ausgewuchtetes Wasserrad zu erhalten.
Das Rad läuft langsamer, wenn es falschherum montiert wird. Das Wasser also auf die Unterseite der Schaufeln läuft. Den Boden des Wassertanks habe ich relativ dünn gehalten, da die Mühle bei mir auf einer 5 mm dicken PS-Platte aufgeklebt ist welche am Rand überall 1 cm übersteht. Dieses dient dazu, die Mühle mit Schrauben fest auf Ihrem Untergrund verschrauben zu können. das Wehrbrett am Ende des Wassergrabens ermöglicht einen optisch einwandfreien Übergang zu einem Bach in der Landschaft.
