Description

This is a remix of s_kohls "Electric car IEC 62196 Type 2 plug and cable holder". I wanted the plug to point slightly down (in this case at an angle of 10 degree) to don't let rain flow in the plug when it is installed outside. Also I have added a lever for securing the plug and don't let it fall out.

You will need the three printed parts, a spring (maybe from a pencil) and a M3 screw with a corresponding nut. You could probably also use some round metal piece with a diameter of 3mm without any thread.

When using a screw, you will need a screw bit to fasten the screw. When installing the spring, you can press it down from the backside with a screwdriver and slide the cap on the holder.

I have also added the Fusion360 and STEP files in case you want to modify it further.

Edit: SupraDolph suggested to change the dimensions to fit for slightly bigger plugs. Therefore I took his measurements and added a version 2 (v2). The plughole in this version has now a diameter of 63.8 mm and to the flat face of 56 mm.
