Description
Got sick of my laundry room doors hanging up on me so I drew up some replacement bi fold door roller guides. Yep, these parts are cheap and readily available, but I've got a printer, I figured I could fix it for less and not have to put on any pants!
Removed the old ones, took some measurements, and it turned out great!
INSTALL NOTE: The push pins on the top of the door have small burrs to hold the original plastic bearing in place, so what I did was just hold a small piece of wood over the new printed bearing, and hammer it on. Once it's installed it should seat and spin freely on the shaft.
Printed on my Ender 3 V2 at 0.20mm
