Stepdown case

Case made for LM2596 Buck converter with display using terminal blocks connection with openable lid for easy operating with module using two M3x12 to M3x20 screws. It's attached to the printer by two M4 (or M3) screws and T hammer nuts. There is a spacer for using different lenghth of screws. Buck converter is attached by two M3 screws.

Assembly

- Attach Lid to Body by M3 screws.
- Mount M4 screws and T nuts to Body.
- Attach the case to the printer and insert Isolation. This step is optional - it prevents from short circuit, but it's designed to not happen (don't know if every module is the same...but should be).
- Insert LM2596 into the case, attach it by M3 screws using Spacer x2. M3x10 is best, but you can scale Spacer in Z axis for longer or shorter ones.
- If you have longer screws than M4x6, use Profile spacer and scale it by your need. It's 1mm height, so if you need 2mm, scale it by 200% in Z axis...


Stepdown pouzdro

Pouzdro navrženo pror LM2596 Buck converter s displejem využívající zapojení přes svorkovnice. Pouzdro má otevíratelné víko pro snadnou manipulaci s modulem za použití dvou M3 šroubů. K tiskárně se pouzdro upevní pomocí dvou M4x6 šroubů s profilovou T matkou. K dispozici je i podložka pro použití delších šroubů. Modul je k pouzdru připevněn dvěma M3x10 šrouby (případně delšími).

Sestavení

- Spojte Lid s Body dvěma M3 šrouby.
- Našroubujte M4 šroubky a T matky k Body.
- Upevněte pouzdro k tiskárně a vložte Isolation. Tento krok není povinný - tato část zabraňuje nechtěnému zkratu, ale v blízkosti šroubů by žádné vývody být neměly.
- Vložte LM2596 modul do pouzdra, přišroubujte ho dvěma M3 šrouby a použijte Spacer x2. M3x10 je ideální délka šroubu, ale pokud ve sliceru podložku protáhnete v ose Z, lze použít šrouby delší. - Pokud máte šrouby delší než M4x6, použijte Profile spacer a ve sliceru scalujte výšku dle potřeby. Podložka je 1mm vysoká, takže v případě potřeby 2mm použijte scaling 200% v ose Z atp.
