Wall chaser - Beetleweight combat robot

This is my first attempt at creating a bot in the beetle weight category. In general, it turned out quite well, all the components and materials will cost about $ 100.

The parts are printed with PLA plastic, the body and struts are 100% infill, the wheel guard mounts are 75%, the wheels are 50%. When assembled, my copy weighs 1466 grams.

For the manufacture of armor, I used D16T(2024) aluminum. And as a weapon, wood wheels for the grinder. Unfortunately, I could not find them on Ali, but they are sold in local stores as well. In addition, it is not necessary to use exactly the same. Disc dimensions: outer diameter 75mm, inner diameter 16mm, thickness 2.2mm.

I used a 1500KV motor as the engine for the weapon, so the drum does not rotate very quickly. You can try a more revving engine of the same size.

I used a 1500mah battery because I already had it at hand. But this set of motors doesn't consume much power. I think a standard solution in the form of a 3S 800mah battery would be sufficient here.

Это моя первая попытка создать бота в весовой категории жук. В целом получилось довольно не плохо, все комплектующие и материалы обойдутся примерно в $100.

Детали напечатаны PLA пластиком, корпус и стойки – 100% заполнение, крепление защиты колёс – 75%, колёса – 50%. В собранном виде мой экземпляр весит 1466 грамм.

В качестве брони я использовал алюминий Д16Т. А в качестве оружия диски по дереву для болгарки. К сожалению я не смог найти их на Али, но они продаются и в локальных магазинах. К тому же, не обязательно использовать точно такие. Размеры диска: внешний диаметр 75мм, внутренний 16мм, толщина 2,2мм.

В качестве двигателя для оружия я использовал двигатель на 1500KV, потому барабан вращается не очень быстро. Можно попробовать взять более оборотистый двигатель того же размера.

Я использовал аккумулятор на 1500mah, потому что он уже был у меня под рукой. Но этот комплект двигателей потребляет не так много энергии. Думаю, тут было бы достаточно стандартного решения в виде 3S аккумулятора на 800mah.
