Arrma Outcast 6s chassis brace clip

To prevent the chassis from the Arrma Outcast 6s from bending, I designed this very simple chassis brace clip. Measure the distance from shock tower to shock tower and use that to cut (or order) a stainless steel 8mm rod. This will fit perfectly into the chassis brace clip and this will prevent the chassis from bending on impact.

I printed this in PLA+ which will be fine with light impact and casual driving but I will be printing this in nylon to cope with Arrma bashing!

I also added a new file which contains a larger and more stronger version of the brace clip! I printed this in nylon which is a great choice. The nylon will not break but rather flex.

Be careful when printing in nylon and using support, don't put support inside the tube where the metal chassis brace will come. When printed in nylon, this will not come out anymore without breaking the part ;)
