This is a quick remix of my Bat Bead (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3188098), but scaled up 2x (so it's about 130mm across). I've included a version with a hole (1mm in diameter) so it can be hung from a string, and another version without the hole.
The insert can be printed in a contrasting color to give the eyes and mouth some color.
I have not tested this, so I will leave this as a work in progress, but it is pretty simple so I don't expect to to have problems. The insert is designed to be loose since the idea was to glue it in place (has 0.3mm clearance all around). I think it can be printed without supports, or at least with minimal supports.
The STEP file is included for easy remixing.
I'm thinking about another larger version with a LED to be used to light up the inside, but I don't know if I will have time to get that designed and posted prior to Halloween.
Update 10/22/2021 - I posted a similar design, with a Ghost and Jack-O-Lantern, which lights up, and work with solar RBG LED yard lights from Harbor Freight. That design is posted at both PrusaPrinters and Instructables:
