Sanding Belt Block 400x60mm (Schleifklotz)

This is intended, to use with 400x600 mm belts (Bosch). This are a bit smaller and more handy, than the larger sizes, I found.

Because, I was not able, to find a sanding block with this size here, I decided, to make my own.

There is small piece of an aluminium tube as a free latch axis, going through the whole block.
It holds the whole thing together and is inserted, before the belt is shifted over from the side.
