Da ich einen Deebot D35 Bodenstaubsauger habe und nun der Akku seinen Geist aufgegeben hat muss ein neuer her.

Da der Akku teuer ist und es nur wenige gibt da der Deebot D35 zum aussterben verurteilt ist war für mich klar selbst ist der Mann, fing an einen selber zu Zeichnen der verblüffend dem Original ähnlich sah. :)

Habe den Original Akku aufgeschnitten um sein Innenleben zu erforschen ausser den 10 x AA 1.2 Volt Akku war nur die Steckverbindung und die Kabelei drin. Die Steckverbindung ist nur eine kleine Platine mit den Kabel die man wieder verwenden kann.

Ich wollte das ganze schraubbar machen, aber aus platzgründen muss wieder geklebt werden wie beim Original.

Die 10 x AA 1.2 Volt Akku sind als 2 Blöcke zu 6 Volt in Reihe geschaltet und wurden Punktgeschweißt.

Die Kapazität der Original Akkus soll laut Hersteller 1800 mah betragen.

Damit der Deebot D35 auch wieder geladen werden kann habe ich 2 Kupferplättchen 20x15x1mm verwendet, die Originale habe ich leider nicht raus bekommen ohne das sie verbiegen, und im großen WWW habe ich keine passenden gefunden.
Diese werden eingeklebt wenn das Kabel wieder angelötet ist. Schleift die Plättchen am Rand ein wenig schräg so das keine Stoßkante entsteht.

Das Loch zur Aufnahme des Rads sollte leichtgängig sein, leichtes schleifen und ein wenig fett bewirken wunder.

Ca. 7 Stunden Druckzeit für das Gehäuse lässt sich immer verkraften.

Ich habe jetzt 10 x AA mit 1600mah bestellt und den Kupferstreifen und warte jetzt drauf.

Ich empfehle es in PETG zu drucken, da es flexibler ist. Bei PLA ist die gefahr das die Seiten Clipser abbrechen.

Meine neuen Akkus sind da in Blau

und der Deebot D35 verrichtet seinen Dienst wieder.
