FARM COTTAGE BACKGROUND This is a new version of one of my earlier designs that wasn't quite right. It is intended to be a 2-room stone cottage with attached brick shed with iron roof. Latest update April 2025. Print tested. All of my designs are 'work in progress' as I update them periodically. DIMENSIONS L 172mm D 62mm H 72mm Cottage door is 21mm tall (to give some idea of scale). It's deliberately small as this is intended to depict a rough dwelling. PRINTING I have been pleased with my prototype. It prints well in one piece. No supports or brim required. Watch the first few layers. A brim should not be necessary. The window frames may need some careful filing and smoothing. Note: Your results are dependant on what printer, filament, slicer, etc. FEEDBACK I hope this will be useful to someone. If you get a successful print, please provide feedback and, if possible, a photo. A REQUEST I have found some of my designs for sale on eBay and Etsy. Please do not use my designs commercially, they have taken me a long time to produce and I share them for free, not for others to make profit. I am pleased that some of my designs are being used to help raise money for an Air Ambulance charity. I was happy to give my permission for this.
