Description
This is a filament run-out sensor mount that I created for the generic filament sensor I bought on Amazon. This is for Ender 3 Pro. You can see a picture of the sensor that I bought above. Mine was by a company calling themselves Creativity 3D (not to be confused with Creality). None the less, this is a fine little sensor that does the job but it does not come with a proper way to mount it to the machine. So I made my own. I hope some of you find it useful.
You will need m3 screws for this. 1 8mm m3 screw will secure the mount to the bracket that slides onto the Ender 3. You will also need 2 15mm m3 screws to secure the sensor to the mount. No other tools or anything will be needed. It slides on to the Ender 3 behind the x gantry motor as shown in the picture. Feel free to comment with any questions you have.
