I made a change to the upper piece and have uploaded it as LIGHT_Top_Kyber_pendant.stl. The section above the threads has been increased by 1% to allow for just enough room to insert a battery operated LED. The exact LED lights I use can be found here:
Note: since first published, the link I had with the LED lights was broken. These look to be the exact same but I have not tried them.

The fit is tight but the item can be removed easily. I have found using the eraser end of a pencil to insert and remove the light makes it easier.
END UPDATE
This is a remix of the awesome Crusader/Luke's Pendent by EternalBastet.
Changes:
- Separated the top and bottom into two different files. This allowed me to print the top without supports for easier clean up.
- Modified the bottom size by 1%. This made it slightly easier to insert the crystal into the chamber and also made the screw together threading smoother.
- Added a retention ring to the bottom of the retention chamber. This ring secures the crystal in place and keeps it from falling through the bottom.
- Created two separate files for the pendant's bottom with two different retention ring sizes. A thick ring for the small crystal and a slightly thinner ring for the medium and large crystals. (See images of crystals for more information).
