Manfrotto compatible quick release plate for camera with shallower bolt hole

This is a remix of nrp's quick release plate, adding thickness to the plate for cameras that have a shallower bolt hole (like the Voigtlander Vito that I have). I recommend gluing some rubber (e.g., from an old inner tube on it). The remix has a channel in it that requires supports for printing.
