I've constructed a couple of brackets for a 40x40x10 fan. With it you can build an active stepper motor cooling. The brackets fit on 40x40 heatsinks. I run this on all of my printers with a 5V Sunon fan. This is simply operated via a mobilephone charger. I've done different tests and versions. The brackets are so long because the fan works best when there is a few centimeters of space at the air exit.
At the end I have listed all the necessary parts. Now have fun printing and installing the brackets. A little tip: Use heatsinks with thermally conductive adhesive and not with the adhesive pads. These are no good.

Ich habe hier ein paar Halterungen für einen 40x40x10 Fan konstruiert. Damit könnt ihr euch eine aktive Schrittmotor Kühlung bauen. Die Halterungen passen auf 40x40 Heatsinks. Ich betreibe diese an allen meinen Druckern mit einem 5V Sunon Lüfter. Dieser wird einfach über eine Mobilephone Charger betrieben. Ich habe verschiedene Tests und Versionen gemacht. Die Halterungen sind so lange da der Lüfter seine beste Wirkung entfaltet wenn am Ausgang ein paar Zentimeter platz sind.
Am Ende habe ich alle nötigen Teile aufgelistet. Und jetzt viel Spaß beim Drucken und installieren der Halterungen. Kleiner Tipp: Nutzt heatsinks mit Wärmeleitkleber und nicht mit den Klebepads. Diese taugen nichts.
