Abrasive pipe reamer for round tubing

Abrasive pipe reamer for use with round tubes, especially carbon fiber. Works for diameters of tubing found on bicycles (appx 15-40mm) to create a 45 degree chamfer.

Print the three pieces, use the templates to mark your sandpaper, (I used 220 grit) cut it out and glue the paper into place. I used rubber cement on both the holder and the sandpaper, gave it a moment to dry and stuck them together. Adhesive-backed sandpaper is another option, provided it's not too rigid.

Will print fine on any printer at any settings, but dimensions are set for a Prusa MK3S sliced at 0.3mm layer height with 3 shells for maximum print speed.
