Description
Update: This project is now dead. Files are all in the public domain. Feel free to modify it and do whatever you want with it.
This is a 3D printable computer case project that requires zero soldering. The computer design is inspired by computers from the 1980's. You may use the provided STL files for any project and/or use the included step files. You will need a Redragon K552 keyboard or something about the same size, or you can modify the files for a different keyboard. There are no mounting holes for any single board computer, but you are free to add some and save it as a remix (if you choose).
The models aren't perfect, but they will print just fine. You can fit a Raspberry Pi sized single-board computer or a De10 Nano for a MiSter FPGA project. The left piece and right piece have spots for custom I/O plates. The project will use over 500 grams of plastic and take days to print, but I will see about trimming the model to use much less plastic. The picture featured was a earlier prototype that had problems printing, but I'll post a better picture once I finish printing the new left piece.
