This is a small collection of tools and bits that will help you upgrading your ORTUR Laser Master 2 wit a NEJE laser module.
Adaptor Plate
I created this adaptor plate to mount my NEJE A40640 40W Module to the Ortur Laser Master 2. I modified Fangli's original design for the lower focus point of the 40W module.
As I left the original holes in place (except for center-aligning them a bit more precisely), other NEJE modules may fit as well (not tested).
V2: I noticed that a small part of the adaptor plate got in the way of the drive system when in its leftmost position. I updated the plate with a small cutaway to prevent this.
Laser Focus Tool
There's a 22mm focus tool and a 19.5mm focus tool (to center focus into 5mm material).
Y-Axis Limit Switch Extension
This is a tool to easily shift the position of the Y-Axis limit switch depending on the attached laser module.
NEJE Air Assist
This is a modification of Alannah Kearney's design for 4mm ID tubing that won't require any zip ties to secure the tubing. It also features a cutaway where it sits atop the acrylic face plate from the laser module.
This thing will need supports to print!
Use the nozzle from her original design to complete the air assist.
