Paper Patching Board

This is a board to simplify the process of paper patching cast bullets. Its an invention by renowned black powder cartridge rifle shooter Paul Matthews. I've included a pdf detailing the creation and usage of the device.

I made a line to show where to line up the patch but it is rather small and I don't know if it'll show up so I extruded to help line things up.
