CR-200B 5015 blower part cooling upgrade

Did not like the stock metal shroud that surrounds the hotend and blocking the hotend fan. This metal shroud would create more than double the dB if kept on. I removed it so I needed to mount the 5015 fan duct on the higher screw holes where the metal shroud once screwed in. I extended the mount, provide several millimetres of adjustment for height and provided an opening for the air intake since the original from Zombeaver/pienjo did not provide enough room for airflow.
I mounted on the right side but I provide a mirror if you rather mount it on the left side.
