Description
I did not like the original 5015 cooling fan design since I lost 10mm from the original 200mm of X direction because my remix, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5156977, was mounted higher than the original. Also the cooling was not concentrating enough on the printed area.
After searching thingiverse, found a duct small enough to not completely cover my printed area. I modifed it enough to allow the duct/fan to slide under the CR-200B chassis and enough clearance to avoid the bed retention screw. Check the posted pictures, I was able to fully travel the bed without any hitting anything.
NOTE, I reverse the retention screws, L on the right side and R on the left side (check picture). With this simple modification to the bed retention screw, I am able to traverse the entire bed without hitting anything. I currently can use a 220x210x200. I am still looking for a way to move the Y limit switch by 10mm since there is still bed space but the limit switch is preventing it from going further outward. But that is another day.
