Description
The flange that holds the KTM Duke 390 headlight in place is a pop in place ball joint. The ball screw is steel and the flange is plastic. Over time the vibrations wallowed out the flange and it would no longer hold the deadlight up. I could not find a replacement piece short of buying a new headlight so I went to Tinkercad and designed a replacement. I have put about 500 miles on the replacement piece with no issues so far. Its not a visible piece so it doesn't need to look pretty. I recommend printing with PETG 0% fans and slow for maximum layer adhesion and strength.
