UFS-119 Altoids Stacked Tray Inserts

December 2021, Thingiverse was a mess. You hit the download button and it says the files aren't there. Instead you have to individually download each files. News update! "Download all files" button now directs you to the individual file downloads. Not great but better.

So then you go over to Prusa Slicer website. They are going through an explosion of new stuff. Now that they are giving away filament, everyone wants to add their files to get the reward. It is a nice idea, but too many uploads.

This is a basic Altoids small parts insert with a twist. I decided to make multiple trays that can stack. The test parts are just two trays high.

The trays are a real tight fit in the Altoids tin. The bottom tray has to be angled in to get past the rim. The top tray is slightly shorter to fit as is.

Why make two parts, when you can scale the print for height? When you make the part shorter, you also change the dimensions of everything (walls and base). In this situation, the problem would be making the bottom thinner if you scale it down. It is only a couple of layers thick so not much allowance to make it thinner.
