DICE LED luminaire with mains connection AC DIY

Here comes the lamp for the new universal luminaire base.

there I explain the assembly of the socket and the needed additional parts.

The print of the dice is a little bit demanding. Needs no support but inner and outer brim. I added 10mm brim. For safety, I fix the brim by duct tape on the buildplate (see pic). Maybe reduce acceleration of printer.

Printer settings:
Infill 10-20%
layer 0.2mm
brim: inner and outer

Pictures show 100% size. The dice is ~120mm heigth (without lamp socket)
Please chose your favorite adapter for individual height of the dice...depends on size of the LED bulb. Pictures show 50mm adapter.

I use the 1.8W fridge LED lamps (E14 socket, 230VAC), pretty small and bright enough. Maximum diameter of the bulb shall be 26mm to fit inside the dice.
Please do not use conventional incandescent lamps, because of the heat.

For easier assembly I recommend a hot air gun. Make the flanges smooth and an easy assembly. After cooling its a perfect fit.
