Any rescaling of the helmet to fit your head will require the ears to be rescaled as well.

The mating face has a small area where it latches into the recessed area on the rear as pictured. So it's can only fit one way.

I was alerted that my Halo 2 Anniversary Model was being republished and sold with cat ears with no due credit of the original source (Me).

I took that personally. If you want to make an attachment for the model; you're free to do so, but don't include the model as part of the sales. It gives unbeknownst people the impression that they're paying for the helmet as well; despite being freely available.

I will never charge money for any of these models. Don't waste your money. Grab it for free.

For printing; slice the model in half and print halves with flats facing the bed.
