Carl Wheezer Articulated Lizard

My son challenged me to make a lizard with Carl Wheezer's head, so why not?
This is remixed from two great models:

I used the lizard body without modification, but modified Carl Wheezer's head from the original model to make his hair and teeth easier to print.
