1" (25.4mm) Split Nut Fitting

Created for my printer, after I assembled a new extruder I needed to adjust the length of my cable harness and lock it to a particular length. I didn't want to unsolder/clip the wires for a standard fitting so I designed one that can be assembled around the cable as is. The diameter of the center hole is 10mm, I snugged a tie-wrap on the cable harness above the top fitting to keep it at the desired length.

The "Full Top Fitting.stl" can be printed as one piece as long as your printer can maintain 0.4mm clearance between pieces. If you have concerns about clearance you can print the "Right Side Top.stl" and "Left Side Top.stl" pieces for the same pieces.

The "Full Split Nut.stl" is a combined version of the assembled bottom nut. You can print the "Primary Split Nut.stl" and "Insert Split Nut.stl" for the same pieces.
