UV-tight cover for Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K

It turned out the hood for the Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K resin printer is not UV tight. The material the original hood is made from absorbs some of incoming UV light but is far from reducing it to a level that we can be sure the resin not hardening from ambient light alone. So unless you work in a room without windows and you are absolutely sure that the light sources in the room don't produce any UV light great care should be taken to protect the resin from any UV light.

There is acrylic sheets that block UV light to a very low level. So we designed our own hood with a hinge and shutter so it can be easily opened and closed and you don't need extra space to put the hood when it is not used (eg. when preparing or removing a print). Magnets keep the hood in place. It is a drop-in replacement for the existing hood, no modifications to the printer needed.
