The Fan Duct fits a 4010 fan. There is an air flow indicating arrow on the duct. I used a Winsinn 4010 24v DC fan. The fan just drops into the slot. The 4 mounting holes I cleaned up with a 2.5mm drill bit them tapped with a M3 tap. Set it in place in the lid and use a sharpy to mark the lid where to drill. My final hole in the lid was 3.5mm. I printed it on its side with the wire channel up and supports on.

I maximized the intake opening and reduced the outlet opening to closely match the area of the fan. This should aid in flow through the duct.

I also added a Fan Duct Split so you can print it in 2 halves then glue it together if you don't want to mess with supports.

The Lid Support Wedge I remixed slightly smaller but still works great.

The Lid Support Legs i made to keep the box from wanting to tip over with the fan duct installed into the lid.

The Lid Support Leg Brace is to connect the lower parts of the legs together and allow the power plug to go through the middle of it to aid in leg support side to side. I rotated the part to lay flat to print it. There is a picture showing how i positioned the legs to make it easier to super glue the brace in place.

As for wiring my fan in... I used a KSD9700 N.O. 40°c thermal switch soldered to the positive side of the power connection inside the box. The the other lead on the switch to the positive lead on my fan and the negative lead of the fan to the negative side of the power connection inside the box. I left the thermal switch tucked under the heat bed. This will allow the fan to turn of and on automatically.

The Wire Keeper 1 Tab I used on the lower portion of the box above the heat plate to keep the wire in the corner.

The Wire Keeper 2 Tab I used on the upper side of the box half way between the fan duct and edge of the lid.
