Description
Again, a cheap part that they wanted to sell too expensive for me.
That’s why I designed a propeller with a precise profile and good efficiency.
In my experience, it’s a little better than the factory, but certainly not worse.
I designed the shaft hole size to be larger because it was good for me after printing. If anyone has a problem with this, let me know and I'll upload a narrower one.
I printed from a high-strength UV resin material with a Wanhao D7 SLA printer.
The supports were cut off with a scalpel during the isopropyl alcohol wash.
It is also possible to print with an FDM printer, but I recommend it only for advanced users.
I haven't tested it, but with a 0.2mm nozzle in 0.02mm layers, at a speed of 20mm / sec, with good cooling, it's possible to get good results.
