The original holder is very nicely made, I love it. Unfortunately, when cutting, it wobbles back and forth like a dog's tail in my Cameo 4.
I think it's due to a little too much clearance to the retaining clips (about 0.5-0.8mm depending on how tightly I put it together) and the lack of a guide on the back as this makes the knife wobble easier .
That's why I sat down at the weekend and redraw and adapted it to my needs (I can't say whether the guide rails were necessary, but I did them right away).
The dimensions are taken from my CB09 (unfortunately the Chinese don't always take the dimensions of the cheap parts that precisely - so there is no guarantee that yours will also fit)
The parts are very tight (no desire for tape and wobbling.
So a resin print is recommended and the CB09 needs to be pressed into the parts a bit.
I also tried my hand at a scale (with a suitable rotary knob) because I don't feel like fumbling with a label on it (forget the numbers on the scale, you can't see them anyway, but they make the STL nicer ;-)
You can use the metal plate from the white adapter that comes with the Cameo 4 so that it is recognized automatically – I think a 14x7x0.5 mm aluminum sheet should also do the trick, but since I don't need the adapter I used the sheet from that.
Please note that these are not original Silhouette accessories, so using them can invalidate the guarantee. Use is at your own risk.

- UPDATE 20. Jan. 2022:
Today my second CB09 knife holder arrived. As already feared, they don't take the dimensions very seriously. So I added all the parts with a 0.1mm larger inner diameter.
The old one has a diameter of approx. 13.83 mm, the new one 13.94 mm. but the big ring fits both.
