Articulated finger extensions - Simplified Parts

This is a parts simplification so that assembling the fingers does not require any glue or epoxy. The original design by JulienJeanroy can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4342323

It combines the B and BF parts into one part and adds additional pin holes so that everything can be "riveted" together with the pins and a soldering iron.

I printed 2 hands worth of fingers at 90% and they came out great.

#Print Instructions:

1. Pha_B_BF_Base parts
   -- Print Vertical (so that the finger cup is pointed up)
   -- Print with Brim
   -- Print with Supports from the Build Plate Only
   -- Print at High Resolution
   -- Using a round pointed needle file on the pin holes helps to smooth operation and fitment

2. Pha_BF_Top parts
   -- Print Flat
   -- Print with Brim
   -- Print at High Resolution
   -- Using a round pointed needle file on the pin holes helps to smooth operation and fitment

3. Pha_D parts
   -- Print Flat
   -- Print with Brim
   -- Print at High Resolution
   -- Using a round pointed needle file on the pin holes helps to smooth operation and fitment

4. Pins
   -- Print Flat
   -- Print at High Resolution
   -- Needle Nose pliers can be used to round out or make the pins slightly smaller
