Z Axis Anti Wobbling clutch

Z Axis Anti Wobbling clutch.

The clutch eliminates the wobble effect of the Z axis. Unlike magnetic clutches, there are no backlashes for rotational movement.

The clutch is made for FlyingBear Ghost 5 printers and has not been tested for compatibility with any other printers.

The following components are required for assembly:

1. Steel balls from bearings with a diameter of 1.6mm, for example from LM8UU and the like;
2. Castrol LMX or any other NGLI 1 or NGLI 2 lubricant;
3. Fused threaded bushings M3 x D4.2 x L4, 4 pieces.
4. Screws M3 x 8mm, 4 pieces.

Муфта устраняет эффект воблинга оси Z. В отличии от магнитных муфт, люфты на вращательное движение полностью отсутствуют.

Муфта сделана для принтеров FlyingBear Ghost 5, совместимость с какими либо другими принтерами не проверялась.

Для сборки необходимы следующие компоненты:

1. Стальные шары от подшипников, диаметром 1.6мм, например от LM8UU и ему подобных;
2. Смазка Castrol LMX или любая другая по классификации NGLI 1 или NGLI 2;
3. Вплавляемые резьбовые втулки М3 х D4.2 х L4, 4 штуки.
4. Винты М3 х 8мм, 4 штуки.
