Speaker adapter for Subaru Forester - Adattatore speaker per Subaru Forester

I designed this speaker adapter to mount a pair of hertz speakers for a friend on his Subaru Forester (model year 1997). The speakers are 165mm wide and he bought them from amazon (Hertz dcx 165). The adapter can be mounted on the front doors panel using the original screws and to link the speaker to the adapter you have to use the original screws plus one because it has four holes. To prevent vibration on the panel, it's recommended to put a little layer of insulation material on the adapter's surface that is in contact with the door's panel (as the original speaker mount). The adapter has two grooves, to pass the wires; and the higher depth of the speaker isn't a problem for the door glass (when you pull it down), it doesn't touch it.

Ho progettato questo adattatore per montare un paio di speaker Hertz sulla Subaru Forester di un amico (modello anno 1997). Gli speaker hanno diametro 165mm e sono stati comprati su amazon (Hertz dcx 165). L'adattatore può essere montato sul pannello porta (portiere anteriori) utilizzando le tre viti originali e per montare lo speaker all'adattatore si possono usare le viti originali, più una dato che la cassa ha un foro di fissaggio in più. Per evitare vibrazioni e rumori, si consiglia di mettere un leggero strato di materiale isolante sulla superficie dell'adattatore in contatto con il pannello porta (come nel porta-speaker originale). L'adattatore presenta due scanalature per far passare i cavi; e la profondità maggiore dello speaker non è un problema per il vetro (quando viene abbassato), i due non si toccano.
