Little Station

Please read my profile before downloading and printing.

This is intended to be a little station building such as might be found on a narrow gauge railway in Wales. It has been designed at the request of a Thingiverse member. I hope it will be useful.

NOTE I have not test printed this as I have no need for it myself. I would welcome polite and constructive feedback.

THE FILES Station Complete.stl - Don't attempt to print this. There are unsupported overhangs that will not print. I have included the file in order to generate a graphic of what the final print should look like. I guess you could print it 'with supports'. Station Base.stl - This is the base of the building (everything below the roof line. You should be able to glue the roof on top. Station Roof.slt - This is the roof (obviously) and should fit directly on the base. Station with supports - This one should print in one piece. I have added wedge supports under the rood overhang. (Please look at the screenshots and graphics).

DISCLAIMER If this prints okay, I'm more than happy to take the glory. If it doesn't print so well, please let me know (politely) in the comments and I will either delete it or attempt a fix.

PRINT SETTINGS I suggest you use a 0.12mm resolution and print at a slightly slower speed.
