A 3D Printed Exhaust Nozzle For Diode Laser Cutters like Sculpfun Laser Cutter/Engraver Machines

What you need:

3D printed parts
4 pcs of 3x12mm Machine Screw
CA glue
20mm corrogated flexible conduit tube

How to fix:

1. Dril 8 holes around the laser head plastic cover with 8mm drill bit as shown in photos.
2. Fix the base with 4 screws on laser head.
3. Slide the body over the laser cover and fit it on the base, once it fits ok, remove it and glue it with CA only to the base (Do Not Glue it to Laser Head Cover).
4. Fix the conduit tube between the nozzle and your suction fan module as shown in photos.

I printed mine with Filatech PLA Red Filament.
