One hand Book-holder with angled Left and Right handed holding thumb-hole.
My wife doesn't hold her thumb straight down the middle so I adapted the original design to this version.
To be able to hold it left and right handed it needed to have a book-holding-profile on both sides so a vertical flip makes the hole direction flip from left to right (and reverse) ;)
