Manfrotto 410 gear head clip

The clip itself I printed with a Carbon Fiber PLA. I used a .8 nozzle at .2 LH, 2 walls with an alternating wall, and 100% infill to really lock everything together. Uses the same 1/4-20 bolts that the original clip came with.

For the plug I used TPU with a .4 nozzle and .2 LH. Use a little soap or windex as a lubricant to get it pushed thru the mounting hole in the clip.

All printed with no supports

I super glued some rubber drawer liner on the clip for a no slip surface.
