4040 extrusion Dual V Slot 100mm Extension Blocks and Hinge for use with T-Nuts

PS: I know you see the nuts protruding on my hinge mounting plate but that's because that is my first print and that's when I realized I forgot the nut cutouts. So I did make the nut holes as you see in the renders.

I needed an extension for my Aquila's control box so I made a suite and one with a 180 degree hinge that is very strong.
Hinge uses an M3X45mm and washer and nut. Blocks use t-nuts to attach to rail via the round holes and your implementation attaches with the front holes with molded nut slots.

100mmX10/15/20mm widths

Hinge is parts are 60mmx10mm and when assembled is 100mm
