Bag Clip - PLA easy print!

Yet another bag clip, there are so many on thingiverse! However, I couldn't find one that was easy to print without failure. Either the hinge was too weak or the part would fuse due to elephants foot effects and tiny clearances in the moving parts.

This part was built from scratch in blender but I was inspired by this for the overall look https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:330151 and this for the hinge https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5251186.
