Description
Here is the link for the maiden video: https://youtu.be/xLzu5Y83l2U
This is my last project for a 3D printed rc glider. It s designed to use PLA-LW only, but you can print with standard PLA (if you prefer to fly with a brick).
I finished building but not yet maidened due to our slope still closed for swine fever, due to high request I upload the files of the complete project before maiden so...
Carbon fiber bars are expensive for me so I used wood for spars, nevertheless you can use carbon fiber.
I'm not making business with Rc, this project is for free but consider it cost me more than 50 hours of CAD design and about one roll of PLA -LW to test the parts, so if you want to support further development and new models - or offer me a beer - consider to send me some bucks via my Paypal address ([email protected]).
Please do not use this project for commercial activities.
I spent several tries (and precious PLA-LW too) to understand how to design a "no retraction" part and this is the result of my efforts.
Wingspan is 1100mm
Lenght is 662 mm
Final weight of the structure of my prototype is 247g
I prepared a small DOC file with some more detailed instructions
Happy flying.
