Bosch Roller Tension Idler Wheel 00632045

This is a wheel I quickly whiped up in fusion to replace a wheel in my bosch heatpump dryer until I could get replacement parts. It just uses a 608 bearing. I had a couple of 608-ZZ spares lying around from other 3d printer projects but it can use any sealed 608 bearing really.

I did use supports for the bottom and it doesn't come out pretty but its functional. You will need something better than PLA for this part to run for any reasonable period of time due to the heat in the dryer + pla will creep over time and the bearing will come loose. I recommend anything from PETG up, depending on how long you need it to last.
